What does a talk by Maarten van der Weijden cost?
A keynote by Maarten costs € 4,500 excl. VAT. The fee is the same for every sector and travel within the Netherlands is included, so you know where you stand up front.
What's included?
- A short call with Maarten about a week before, about your audience and the goal of the day.
- A keynote of 30, 45 or 60 minutes, as agreed, with time for questions from the audience.
- About two hours on site: Maarten arrives well in time and stays for a short chat afterwards.
- Travel within the Netherlands.
- An intro video and an introduction text for the host.
- Photos of Maarten you may use to promote your event.
Something else in mind?
- A workshop, half a day or several sessions on one day? You'll get a tailored proposal within one working day.
- Outside the Netherlands, travel and any accommodation costs are added.
- Payment, cancellation and force majeure are covered in the terms for talks (in Dutch).

Is the fee the same for every sector?
Yes. Healthcare, education, government or business: the fee is the same.
Does the fee include VAT?
No, the fee excludes VAT.
Is travel included?
Within the Netherlands, yes. For a talk abroad you'll get a proposal with travel and accommodation costs added.
How quickly do I get a proposal?
Within one working day of your request, with availability, the fee and the terms.
